Internationally-acclaimed project manager Alexandra Yonkov comes to Brickhaus as a collaborator and visionary. Alexandra spent 10 years running a successful architecture firm in her hometown of Sofia, Bulgaria. Afterwards, she moved to London and while working she received her Master’s in Project Management at the prestigious Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London. Now, as Principal of Brickhaus, Alexandra manages all construction projects, contributes to all architectural decisions and manages the daily operations of the dynamic company. She leads the team in transforming the neighborhoods of Northeast Ohio with artistic buildings and residences that are world class in their appearance, craftsmanship and eco-friendliness.

As a direct result of her passionate dedication to her work, we are proud to say that Alex is the recipient of Crain's Forty under 40 award and Crain's 2018 and 2019 Notable Women in Entrepreneurship. Yonkov’s projects have won honors such as Best Community Development of the Year for 95 Lake in 2018 from Best of Ohio Homes and Vibrant City Awards for Urban Developer in 2018 from Cleveland Neighborhood Progress, and SmartHome Community of the Year and GreenHome Community of the Year from the Cleveland Home Builders Association.

At home, Alexandra is a loving wife and doting mother of a beautiful daughter and son.
