Brickhaus Integrity sold the larger of two parcels but retained a 2-acre portion for future development.  Andrew Brickman, who originally launched One West Twenty alone said he believes in the nearly untapped market of “for sale product” at this location but is focused on their newest and most ambitious project, 700 Lake in Rocky River which breaks ground in May.

700 Lake will be the most luxurious and architecturally impressive lakefront condo building between Chicago and New York and is selling out fast with the help of the Kim Crane team from Howard Hanna. Brickhaus is building off this type of momentum and will continue to bring bold, unparalleled living concepts to Greater Cleveland in the future.
