City of Rocky River Approves 700 Lake Project

We have achieved a major milestone in our Rocky River area project, 700 Lake! After a year of working collaboratively with their team, the Architectural Review Board of the City of Rocky River has approved the architecture for the project. In short, this means that the design, structure, and materials of the 700 Lake project have been approved by the city, which is a huge victory in a city such as Rocky River. For our team, this means that we are one step closer to final clearance in breaking ground on the project which, when completed, will be one of the most luxurious lake front properties in Northeast Ohio.
