Review board gives Spillway townhome project green light

The Riverhaus townhome development plan on Cleveland Street and the Spillway property was given approval by the Chagrin Falls Architectural Review Board last week. The townhomes are priced between $775,000 and $1 million with views of the Chagrin River and the demolished paper mill across the river.
