Brickhaus Partners would like to announce the grand opening of their model home at Twenty Four Hundred, their new luxury townhome development at 2400 Richmond Road in Beachwood. The event will take place on Thursday, July 26th from 5 to 9 p.m.
Guests will be treated to cooking demonstrations by Edwin's, as well as hors d'oeuvres with wine and beer pairings. Andrew Brickman, Brickhaus founder, has committed to making a donation to Edwin's Leadership & Restaurant Institute on behalf of every attendee that evening. Also, a dinner for two at Edwin's will be given away.
The model home, with approximately 2,400 square feet, has an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a first-floor master suite, and a spacious covered terrace on the second floor. Most of the furnishings are from Bello Design. The decor features local artists, most notably, the paintings of Patti DiBenedetto Corna. All of the artwork will be available for purchase.
The public is welcome. To RSVP, go to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 216-721-0027.
